Overview
UR20 series RVDT adopts non-contact design, which effectively improves long-term reliability compared with other traditional angular displacement measuring instruments such as synchronous analyzer and potentiometer. Its unique design can ensure the measurement accuracy without using such easily worn moving parts as slip ring, blade, contact vernier, electric brush, etc.
The sensor uses a specially shaped rotor and a wire wound coil to simulate the linear displacement of a linear variable differential sensor (LVDT), which has high reliability and performance. The rotation of the rotor shaft generates a linear output signal, and the phase of this output signal indicates the displacement direction away from zero. The non-contact electromagnetic coupling of the rotor makes the product have unlimited resolution, that is, the absolute measurement accuracy can reach a few tenths of a degree.
UR20 series RVDT is an AC angular displacement sensor. The AC excitation of 3~12Vrms will produce AC output voltage, which will change linearly with the angular displacement of the shaft. The product works in an AC mode, without using integrated signal conditioning electronic components, thus providing users with an extremely wide operating temperature range (- 55 to 150 degrees Celsius).
The factory calibration of the product is within the working range of ± 30, ± 35 and ± 40 degrees, and the nonlinearity of UR20A series RVDT is less than ± 1% of the full scale.
UR20 series RVDT angular displacement sensor has excellent performance and long-term reliability for aviation equipment, machining equipment, valve position display, rotary brake feedback and other applications.
